Finding vacancy and interstitial cluster counts and size
Hello Dr. Kalcher and Dr. Stukowski,
I am carrying out irradiation simulations via a PKA and I wish to calculate the vacancy and interstitial cluster count and size. I noticed that Dr. Kalcher had previously recommended using a python program on this link "https://www.ovito.org/forum/topic/vacancy-cluster-analysis/" for doing this. But on my Ovito the "run python file" option is frozen. Is there another way to calculate the vacancy and interstitial cluster count and size? Or is it possible to run the python program on my existing Ovito software?

The Python programming interface is not included in OVITO Basic, but you can obtain the ovito python module here or consider becoming an official licensee of OVITO Pro if you require technical support. https://www.ovito.org/shop/.
